Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All shipments must be prepaid by Credit Card, Certified Check, Money Order or Company .Check by Phone. with credit approval. No COD shipments. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping:
All orders received by 2:00PM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped same day on in stock items. All orders are shipped from our Arizona warehouse via FEDEX.

Returns & Exchanges:
Customer is responsible for inspection of goods upon receipt of merchandise. Authorized returns and exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receipt. An authorization number must be written on all packages being returned. This RMA number is obtained by contacting Customer Service. Any packages returned without an RMA authorization number will be refused upon delivery. Returns sent back COD will be refused. There is a 20% restocking fee on all authorized returns, in addition to freight charges. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges that are not the result of Sellers error. Under no circumstances will altered merchandise be authorized or accepted for return. Samples will not be authorized for return.

Claims & Cancellations:
Claims of defective or mishipped goods must be made within 5 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon receiving. Orders may not be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Samples:
Samples are available at our sample unit price. Sample orders will not be authorized for return.

Returned Checks:
Returned Check fees of $35 plus amount of check must be paid with Cashiers check.
