What can I return?
Real Apparel guarantees our products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color.
Items that have been altered, embellished, or laundered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return or exchange must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-REAL for a Return Authorization number(RMA)
Note: all returns without an RMA# on outside of package will be refused and returned to sender.
- Place items to return in a box.
- Write RMA# on outside of Box near return label
- Include copy of original invoice.
- Include written reason for return.
- Send to the following address:

You are responsible for postage. We suggest you use only a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. With a tracking number you have confirmation that we have received back the return package.
Please allow 2 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address. If your return was paid for by credit card the credit will be put back on your credit card that was used for purchase.
